Q: How can I pay? A: If you’d like to pay online, I have a Venmo - RingsByLing. I have set my payment settings to private, so you don’t have to worry about others seeing your transactions. If you live locally, you have the option to pay me in person, as I do porch pick-ups/drop-offs. 
Q: Will the ring wire tarnish? A: The ring wire will tarnish over time, so be sure to avoid getting it wet. I do not offer refunds or free rings for tarnished wire, unless it’s within the first 72 hours. 
Q: How will I receive my order? A: You will receive your order in the mail. If you live locally, there is the option to do a porch pick-up or drop-off instead. 

Q: What happens if my ring bends out of shape? A: Your ring may bend out of shape during shipping or over time. However, the wire can easily be bent back to its original shape using jewelry pliers, your fingers, or a cylindrical object, like a marker.
